We're shaped by our families, our communities, our institutions, our social norms — by everything that taught us what was safe, what belonged, what mattered, and what didn't.
Many of those shapes served us. Some of them protected us when nothing else could.
And some of them, the ones we're working with — are no longer working. They're running in the background, limiting choices and keeping us from what we actually want.
Mind-body coaching gets curious about that shaping, and helps us embody new ways of being through:
Somatic awareness Learning to feel what's actually happening inside you by noticing it as sensation, as aliveness, as the first language your body speaks before emotion, before story. Most of us have been trained out of this. The work begins with coming back in.
Somatic practice We become what we practice — and we're always practicing something. Most of our practices have been inherited, not chosen. Mind-body coaching asks: are your current embodied practices aligned with what you actually long for? If not, we build new ones.
Somatic opening Uprooting the patterns that no longer serve you — the survival strategies, the conditioned tendencies, the ways you learned to adapt to life that made sense then but limit you now. We make space to plant something new. Something more aligned with who you are and how you want to feel.

We work together in 60-minute Zoom sessions to observe what the nervous system has been holding, reconnect with what you actually want, and explore how to carry that forward into your daily life through embodied practice and aligned action.
“This work won't give you a formula. It will give you something more useful: your own body as a compass”
