When we examine what it means to share our offerings with the world through a polyvagal lens, we can witness our neurobiological wiring that is designed to feel connected to others by feeling accepted and their approval.


Marketing ourselves, puttin your work out there and taking that next step to grow your business takes vulnerability which requires the ability to self regulate your nervous system and the nervous system of your business. 


To leverage  this digital landscape, we must cultivate the nervous system capacity to bravely put ourselves out there, show our work to the world and be able to connect with the audience that NEEDS your  authentic voice and work.
